Bring your old mail with you

What it does

Connect your old account and MapleMail copies the messages across, keeping your folder structure and read and unread state. It copies rather than moves, so the old account is left exactly as it was until you are happy.

Where it works

Anything that speaks IMAP, which includes Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, Titan, and almost every provider a small business is likely to be leaving.

Doing it without downtime

The usual order is: add your domain, run the migration while your old provider is still receiving, check the mail has arrived, and only then change the MX records so new mail comes to us. Nothing is lost in the gap because there is no gap.
