Know about mail without watching for it
Two ways to be told, depending on how interruptible you want to be.
Push notifications
Turn them on and your browser tells you when mail arrives, even when MapleMail is not the tab you are looking at. Works on the desktop and on the phone app.
The daily digest
If constant notifications are the problem rather than the solution, the digest sends one summary of what arrived - a once-a-day catch-up instead of a stream of interruptions.
Both are optional
Neither is on until you switch it on.
