Rules

Build a rule from what you can see on a message - who sent it, what the subject says - and tell MapleMail where it should go. Newsletters, automated receipts and system notifications can file themselves into folders instead of interrupting you.

Folders

Make your own folders alongside the standard ones. You can drag a message from the list straight onto a folder in the sidebar.

Bulk actions and undo

Select several messages at once and archive, delete, label or mark them read in one go. If you move something to the wrong place, there is an undo.
