Send from [email protected] instead of a Gmail address. Add aliases like sales@ or info@, and a catch-all so nothing addressed to your domain is lost. One domain on the smaller plans, unlimited on Standard and above.

Keep client data out of US jurisdiction

Your mailboxes, messages and backups sit on servers in Canada, under Canadian law, PIPEDA-compliant. We do not scan your mail for advertising and we do not sell your data. When a client asks where their information lives, you have a one-word answer.

Keep the mail app you already use

MapleMail speaks IMAP, POP3 and SMTP, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the stock iOS and Android mail apps all connect. There is webmail in the browser too. Nobody on your team has to learn a new inbox.

Get out of your inbox faster

AI-assisted drafting, thread summaries and triage are built in, so a morning of email is not a morning gone.

Stay secure without hiring IT

Spam filtering, encryption in transit, and two-step authentication are on from the start. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up for your domain automatically, which is what keeps your mail out of other people's spam folders. You do not have to know what any of those acronyms mean.

Add staff without redoing everything

Shared mailboxes, shared calendars and shared contacts, so support@ and accounts@ belong to the team rather than one person. Archiving and e-discovery on Pro and above. Hire someone Monday and they have mail Monday.

Move on without losing anything

When somebody leaves, you deactivate them and choose who inherits the mailbox — with the full history, quotes and supplier threads included. The mailbox keeps receiving, so customers still writing to that address are never bounced.

What MapleMail does not do

There are no documents, spreadsheets or video meetings. It is email, on purpose. If you need the whole office suite in one bill, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 will suit you better.
